We are looking for a nice family to enjoy our home and take care of it as if were your own. Our neighborhood has retired couples and families with children.

Answers to commonly asked questions.

What is the Monthly Rent?
$1245.00 per month. Rent is due on the 1st. A late fee of $50.00 will be added if not paid by the 5th.
How much is the security deposit?
$1200.00. Due prior to moving in. Any unrepaired damage or messes will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned.
Do you require a background check?
Yes and it will cost you $50.00 which is non-refundable. We also require references from previous landlords.
What about the utilities?
You will have to pay the electric and gas bill. Typically we spend $150-$250 per month depending on how much AC you use etc. The home has a well (no water bill) and you have to take your trash to the county dump (2 miles away)
Is the home furnished?
There is a fridge, stove, and dishwasher in the house. You will need to provide everything else.
 
How many vehicles can I park?
There is enough space to park three vehicles.
Do you allow smoking?
NO, NO, NO.
Do you allow pets?
Again NO, they tend to ruin homes very quickly.
What about cleaning?
We expect you to keep the house clean. When you leave it needs to be as clean as when you began renting. Part of the initial deposit will be used to professionally clean the carpets for the next occupants.
